Q. I am a furniture distributor/retailer. How can I become a HONG YI dealer/distributor?
     HONG YI sells products over many countries and intend to explore busniess with more partner. Please contact Sales Manager at sales@hongyi-furniture.com if you are interested in representing the HONG YI Furniture line in your store(s).

Q. Can I buy directly from HongYi (retailing) ?
      We do not sell directly to consumer, but our furniture may sell at your place via our distributing partner. Please contact us to get know where you can buy our products.

Q. Do you sell over the internet?
     Currently, we do not sell our products over the internet. We will enter into E-commerce in the near future.

GENERAL QUESTION:

Q. How do I read the measurements given for furniture showed in our website?
     All furniture measurements are taken at the widest point. Width is measured across the front of a piece: facing the piece, this would be from left to right. Depth is measured from front to back, and height is measured from the floor to the top of the tallest element. Construction measurements tolerances is less than 1cm.

Q. How long does it take to assemble a HongYi product?
     Assembly time is varying depends on the item. Some models can be time consuming and some others may take only a few minutes. It depends on the complexity of the product and how much experience you have assembling furniture.

Q. What tools do I need to assemble a desk?
      All of our products include a small Philips screw driver and a mini-wrench. This will be inside the hardware plastic bag. A small power screwdriver or drill is helpful, but not required.

Q. What is the best way to clean our furniture?
     Dust frequently with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. To remove accumulated dust or old furniture wax build-up, use a soft, lint-free cloth which has been dampened in a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Dry thoroughly using a clean, lint-free cloth and then apply furniture polish, wiping it in the direction of the wood grain. We recommend polishes that do NOT contain silicone or wax. Most furniture retailers, home improvement chains, home specialty stores, and some supermarkets offer these products.
